How does Milo work?
Write naturally — “two eggs and toast,” “ran 3 miles,” “slept badly.” Milo reads it and fills in calories, macros, workouts, and patterns for you. No forms, no barcode scanning, no weighing food.
How accurate are the numbers?
They’re thoughtful estimates, not lab measurements. Milo shows its confidence and is built for consistency over perfect precision — the goal is a clear picture of your week, not a spreadsheet. Milo is a wellness tool, not medical advice; see our Terms.
What happens to my data?
Your journal is private. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising. Voice is transcribed and the audio discarded; Apple Health data is never shared. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
How does the subscription and free trial work?
Milo is $5.99/month or $39.99/year, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. It auto-renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently erases your profile and journal entries from our systems. (Deleting the app alone doesn’t delete your account or cancel a subscription.)
